Interior drainage, exterior grading, crack injection, or a combination — we scope what your Old Westbury, NY basement actually needs.
We've walked into plenty of Old Westbury, NY basements where two or three prior repairs each addressed a different symptom without solving the underlying combination of causes. Diagnosing the full picture first is what actually breaks that cycle.
A wet basement is often caused by more than one contributing factor, and we address the combination, not just the obvious symptom.
Wet basement calls get scheduled quickly, especially when there's active water or a musty odor that's gotten worse recently.
Whatever combination of repairs your basement needs, the price is quoted in writing before any work begins.
Between drain tile, sump systems, crack injection, and exterior grading, we can address nearly any wet basement cause without bringing in a second contractor.
We scope every Wet Basement Repair job in person before quoting it, since two properties with the same symptom rarely need the same fix.
A written diagnostic summary explains what we found and why we're recommending a specific repair combination.

That history helps us prioritize what to check first during the on-site visit.
A technician checks interior walls and floor, exterior grading, gutters, and window wells to build a complete picture of what's driving the moisture.
You'll get a written scope covering every component of the recommended fix, whether that's one service or several combined.
Repairs are completed according to the written scope, and we test the system — pump, drain flow, or injection — before considering the job done.
